If you purchase a Research Retainer, Professionally Planned Experiences, Concierge Services, or Single Reservation Solutions through KaliKosmos Travel, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction and will be collected through our PCI compliant secure server.

KaliKosmos Travel may also collect additional information as required by federal guidelines such as

 – Gender

– Next of kin contact information

KaliKosmos Travel will retain your data in our CMS until removal is requested.
