Group Retainer Agreement

I, , agree to retain KaliKosmos Travel, independently contracted with Travel Leaders d/b/a Leone Travel Corp in Memphis, TN ("The Agency") to provide research services in connection with the following proposed group travel:

The Agency agrees to provide professional research and planning services to me for the amount listed below. I acknowledge that The Agency will begin work on creating a specific itinerary upon receipt of my payment in this amount. Accordingly, no portion of the fee is refundable. I also acknowledge that the fee represents The Agency's charge for its planning services only; no portion of the fee represents the cost of the travel itself.

Once purchased, Retainers will remain valid for 90 days from the first research start date. If research cannot commence within this period or a proposal has not been accepted within this period a new Retainer may be charged.

I will have an opportunity to review and approve the proposed itinerary, as well as the associated pricing and the travel supplier terms and conditions before my advisor makes the reservations on my behalf, and on behalf of any other travelers for whom I have requested my advisor's assistance.

I understand that, if requested, pricing may be broken out by supplier only. Individual components packaged through one supplier cannot be broken out.

The fee below covers professional research and planning services only. Additional professional fees will be assessed for Itinerary Management, Concierge Requests, modifications, cancellations, and refunds.

Changes made to the initial travel plans listed above may result in additional research fees.

All services quoted during the research are subject to availability and subject to change until the travel services have been secured with a payment.

Proposals will remain visible until the traveler declines the option or until 14 days has past since the proposal is presented, whichever comes first.
