This creates an atmosphere where rushing through and “getting the sale” is more important than understanding what the client is really wanting.
That’s not the culture we want.
We want to create the space where we can have a relationship with clients, where we take the pressure off needing to close the sale to be paid, and instead we can spend time getting to know each person and understand their dreams and goals for the possible travel experience.
